Federal Government Fraud (Whistleblower)

Under the Federal False Claims act, an individual who is an insider in a company, hospital, etc. and becomes aware that his or her employer is defrauding the Federal Government may bring suit on behalf of The Federal Government. This insider or Whistleblower is also called (under the statute) a Relater. Our firm is interested in working with Relaters to determine if their potential suit may be successful.
